SUSWELL estabelece comunidades locais de prática no Kosovo e na Rússia para construir capacidade através da inovação social. O objetivo é melhorar e manter a saúde e o bem-estar a nível comunitário em Pristina, Gjakova, Perm, St. Petersburg e Belgorod.

Os objetivos são aumentar a capacidade institucional das Instituições de Ensino Superior, aumentar a capacidade individual dos profissionais (futuros) de saúde e bem-estar e maior capacidade social nas respetivas comunidades locais.
Além das iniciativas tradicionais de saúde, o consórcio SUSWELL reconhece a necessidade de interação dos stakeholders entre sistemas, profissões e disciplinas.

A iniciativa é composta por nove Instituições de Ensino Superior e seis organizações sociais (stakeholders) de sete países europeus que abraçam a complexidade dos sistemas de saúde e aceitam a necessidade de cocriação para permitir mudanças sociais.

SUSWELL é co-financiado pelo Programa Erasmus+ da União Europeia.

 SUSWELL establishes local communities of practice in Kosovo and Russia to build capacity through social innovation. We aim to improve and sustain health and well-being at community level in Pristina, Gjakova, Perm, St. Petersburg and Belgorod.

Our objectives are to build increased institutional capacity of higher education institutes, enhanced individual capacity of (future) health and well-being professionals, and greater social capacity in the respective local communities.

Other than traditional health initiatives, the SUSWELL consortium recognises the need for interaction of stakeholders across systems, professions and disciplines.

Our initiative is composed of nine higher education institutes and six social stakeholder organisations from seven European countries that are embracing the complexity of health systems and accepting the need of co-creation to allow for social change.
